一个人需有冬天之心
才能凝视霜冻和松树
挂满雪的树枝；
并且必须饱受寒冷
才能看见冰霜覆盖的刺柏，
云杉粗糙，在远处一月的阳光下
闪耀；并且不去想
任何苦难，在风声里，
在几片树叶的声音里，
这是大地之声，
充满同样的风
吹拂同样贫瘠之地
对于听者，他在雪中倾听，
而自身本是虚无，凝视

Which is the sound of the land

And, nothing himself, beholds
Nothing that is not there and the nothing that is.
