抱
你的双手总是那么不知疲惫
横着抱，竖着抱；站着抱，坐着抱
抱着我的泪水，抱着我的欢笑，抱着我
日复一日说来就来的体内的暴雨
在你双臂筑起的小巢里
一只羽翼渐渐丰满的小鸟
在你反复的叮咛和凝视下
扶着你的目光慢慢地开始飞翔
拍
一手揽住我的身体，一手轻拍我的渴盼
拍我的睡眠，拍我的泪水，拍我体内的风寒
拍我跌倒时留下的伤痛，拍我还不会表达的委屈
你不停地用这个朴素的动作
拍走了我的恐惧，也拍走了我的幼年
喂
一只乳头，总能堵住我的哭声
一泓甘甜，给了我绽放春天的力气
用乳头喂，用奶瓶喂，用小勺喂
用你捣得软软的生活喂
几丝憔悴顺着黄昏爬上你的眼角
一只雏鸟蹒跚着练习离巢

Hold sideways and vertically；Standing hug, sitting hug
Hold my tears， hold my laughter, hold my
Torrential rain in the body day after day
In the nest built by your arms
A bird with full wings
Under your repeated exhortation and gaze
Hold your eyes and start flying slowly
Pat
Hold my body in one hand，patted my longing in the other
Patted my sleep, patted my tears，patted the wind chill inside me
Patted the pain I suffered when I fell， and the grievances I can't express yet
You keep using this simple action
Took away my fear and my childhood
feed
A nipple can always stop my crying
A pool of sweet milk，gave me the strength to bloom spring
Feed me with nipple, with bottle , with spoon
Feed me with your soft life
A few haggard threads climb up the corners of your eyes along the dusk
A chick staggered to practice leaving the nest
